Our online boutique delivers only to United Arab Emirates. Orders may not be shipped to P.O. boxes, AFO/FPO addresses or to any address outside the United Arab Emirates. Please contact our Customer Service Team at customercare@jacquemus.ae if you have any additional questions.
We offer multiple types of shipping options: 4 hour and same day delivery within Dubai city limits for orders placed before 4PM (exclusions apply). For other Emirates and remote areas we offer standard delivery between 1 to 2 days. The shipping options will be offered at checkout based on availabilities. JACQUEMUS offers free standard delivery on all orders. Express delivery fee will be calculated based on order value and area of delivery. The shipping options will be offered at checkout based on availabilities. Please note that free shipping will be applied to your order at checkout.
All orders are shipped directly from UAE and there are no custom fees applied to any order.
