Our online boutique delivers only to United Arab Emirates. Orders may not be shipped to P.O. boxes, AFO/FPO addresses or to any address outside the United Arab Emirates. Please contact our Customer Service Team at customercare@jacquemus.ae if you have any additional questions.

We offer multiple types of shipping options offered at checkout based on availabilities:

  • 4 hour and same day delivery within Dubai city limits for orders placed before 4PM (exclusions apply). For other Emirates and remote areas, we offer standard delivery between 1 to 3 business days.
  • You can also select our Click and Collect shipping option. Once the order is packed, we will notify you with an email once its ready to be picked up from our boutique.

JACQUEMUS offers free standard delivery on all orders. The shipping options will be offered at checkout based on availabilities. Please note that free shipping will be applied to your order at checkout.
All orders are shipped directly from UAE and there are no custom fees applied to any order.

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link to follow status of your order.  Additionally, you can track your order directly from your account:

Select the order to view its status and tracking details

To notify us about a damaged parcel, please contact customer care at 800JACQUEMUS (800522783687) or email us at customercare@jacquemus.ae, attaching a picture of the defect as well as proof of purchase (order tracking number, invoice).

*All invoices are included in the order confirmation email upon placing the order.
